The problem is growing social exclusion.
The aim is to reduce social exclusion by increasing the redistribution of GDP. Objectives: 1. To expand the tax base by taxing the consumption of luxury goods. 2. Introduce tax progressivity. 3. Opt out of tax exemptions. 4. Restrict personal consumption through businesses. 5. To determine an adequate and fair amount of remuneration for work. Environment -> Education -> Work -> Social status.
